A: Yes,we ship internationally but only to selected regions and countries.More shipping information can be found in our policy page.Please contact us if you are having difficulty with your international orders and we will send you an invoice and a link where you can make your payment.

A: We are based in the United States of America.We operate in the great state of Massachusetts.

Q : How do I track my order ? A: Online Tracking is available for all shipped order. Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed a tracking number which can also be found in the order history section of your Account once you login. Once you have your tracking number visit USPS and enter your tracking number to see the details of your order being shipped.
Q : How long does order take to process ? A :All orders will be process and ship within 72 hours except Holiday. This is just an estimation. Other factors do play very important role too, such as the validation of your payment and availability of certain titles at the time.
Q : How long does it take to receive an order ? A: All orders are shipped direct from Peabody,Massachussetts. Shipping time depending on where you are located. Orders ship via USPS Media Mail (5 to 10 days) take longer to arrive than orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (3 to 7 days).
